All content on The Base Academy — including lesson text, quizzes, challenge descriptions, graphics, logos, and course structure — is the exclusive property of The Base Academy and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use course content solely for your own personal, non-commercial learning. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or publicly display any content from the Platform without our prior written consent.

6. Third-Party Tools and Services

Some lessons and challenges involve the use of Airtable, a third-party product operated independently by Airtable, Inc. Your use of Airtable is governed by Airtable's own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. The Base Academy is not responsible for any changes Airtable makes to its product, pricing, or availability. Any links to external websites or tools are provided for convenience only, and we do not endorse or take responsibility for their content.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
• Course content will be current, complete, or accurate at all times.
• Any specific learning outcomes or results will be achieved by using the Platform.
